Engineering Plastic Materials and Resin Products

Use this catalog to compare engineering plastics by resin family, product form and intended processing route. VantPoly supplies material options for molding, extrusion, compounding, machining and prototype development. Product pages describe the available form, grade direction and application context so your team can move from a material family to a quotation with fewer steps.

Choose by resin family

PEEK is suited to high-temperature, chemical-resistant and wear-focused requirements. PPS supports demanding electrical, thermal and chemical environments. PEI provides a transparent amber engineering option for high-heat applications. PSU and PPSU are available for steam, sterilization and dimensional-stability discussions. The catalog also includes PI, PBI and PES families, together with commodity and reinforced engineering resin options.

Choose by product form

Start with the form that matches your process. Granules and powder are used for injection molding, extrusion and compounding decisions. Rods and sheets support CNC machining, fixtures, wear parts and stock-shape requirements. Films, tubes and 3D-printing filaments are listed in the relevant material families when the geometry or manufacturing method requires a different supply format.

What to include in a material request

For a useful recommendation, provide the processing method, operating temperature, chemical exposure, mechanical load, friction or wear conditions, color, dimensions, quantity and destination. If the grade is not known, describe the part and its working environment. This information helps narrow the resin family, reinforcement level and product form before a quotation is prepared.
