Which engineering plastics does VantPoly supply?

We supply high-performance engineering plastics including PEEK, PEI, PPS, PPSU and PSU in rods, sheets, tubes, pellets and custom-machined components. Available options include virgin, carbon-fiber-reinforced, glass-fiber-reinforced, bearing, medical and other application-specific grades.

How do I choose between PEEK, PEI, PPS, PPSU and PSU?

The correct material depends on the operating temperature, mechanical load, chemical exposure, sterilization method, electrical requirements, dimensional stability, regulatory requirements and project budget. Can you manufacture custom parts from my drawing?

Yes. We support custom CNC-machined components based on your drawings, CAD files or physical samples. Please provide the dimensions, tolerances, material grade, quantity, operating conditions and application requirements when requesting a quotation.

What PEEK grades are available?

Available options may include virgin PEEK, carbon-fiber-reinforced PEEK, glass-fiber-reinforced PEEK, bearing-grade PEEK, medical-grade PEEK and implant-grade PEEK. Modified and application-specific grades may also be available. Medical and implant applications require the correct certified grade, batch traceability and supporting documentation, so please provide your intended use and regulatory requirements before ordering.

Do you supply medical-grade and implant-grade PEEK?

Medical-grade and implant-grade PEEK materials may be supplied for qualified projects. Availability depends on the intended application, required certification, biocompatibility standards, documentation and batch-traceability requirements. Standard industrial PEEK should not be considered suitable for implant applications unless it is specifically manufactured, documented and approved for that intended use.

What are PPSU and PSU commonly used for?

PPSU is commonly selected for reusable medical components, sterilization trays, surgical instrument parts, fluid-handling components and applications requiring repeated steam sterilization and high impact resistance. PSU is used in medical, electrical, food-processing and fluid-handling applications requiring dimensional stability, heat resistance and transparency.

Can you provide custom sizes and small quantities?

Yes. We support custom dimensions, cut-to-size rods and sheets, prototypes and small-batch production. Minimum order quantities depend on the material type, grade, dimensions, color, certification requirements and manufacturing process.
