PEEK is often evaluated for parts exposed to elevated temperatures, repeated mechanical loading, wear, chemicals or demanding electrical requirements. Typical projects include semiconductor fixtures, pump and valve components, analytical equipment, aerospace assemblies, medical-device components and precision industrial parts. The working temperature, mating surface, media, load cycle and required tolerances should be reviewed together.

What to include with a PEEK inquiry
Please share the desired form, drawing or dimensions, quantity, application, service temperature, contact media, load conditions and tolerance requirements. For a replacement part, the current material and the reason it is not meeting requirements are useful starting points.
PEEK material selection notes
PEEK is not automatically the right answer for every high-temperature plastic project. PEI, PPS, PI and other engineering polymers may be a better fit depending on process, performance target, part geometry and budget. A clear application description helps reduce unnecessary material and machining changes later.
